Maybe this is a legacy of that re contracts already signed, and going forward Discovery will focus more on the tracks which provide the best racing and not who pays up the most to them?

It's hard to say, but I can tell you that the TV companies aren't always interested in what would actually be best for them...

There is a fair argument to be made that suggests GB currently have 3 out of the top ten riders in the world...

A long time since that argument would carry any resonance...
