I went to bed with a Swede when I went to Oxford but kicked her out the next morning coz I found out she was a Cheetah!

You need a nice 'sandy loam' before you can talk about swip's or turnede's.  ;)

This is more exciting than any Speedway meeting

Will it, won't it?

Did it, didn't it?

Should it, shouldn't it?

There are videos of the rain pouring down from Poole fans on twitter. Well at least one anyway and...

Humble pie here. Promotors got it right as chucking it down here now.
shame though as we planned our few days away around watching speedway tonight. Dont you just love UK weather?

We've had a remarkably dry spring though, was bound to break sooner or later

So from the locals, the decision to postpone was correct then.

I am totally not a Poole fan but it’s true get a grip people if it’s chucking it down why would

1 would you want to stand there and watch it and

2 would you want a rider to get hurt of course you wouldn’t it was the right decision and it means you get another meeting when it’s hopefully a fine day.

Yep, plenty of Poole fans posting videos of the thunderstorm/heavy rain on social media to know it was the right decision :t:

Instead of the speedway I watched a pigeon fight from me hotel window instead.

It was a featherweight fight!
