RS50 355 Posted June 25, 2022 Craig Cook and Jake Allen must be doubtful for this one. Broc Nicol replaces Barker for Ipswich. Hope Batchelor doesn't decide he can ride Sheffield after last year's disappointment.
dontforgetthefueltapsbruv 10,685 Posted June 25, 2022 Has Allen broken his wrist?? Tigers should still have far too much in the tank however they line up A Witches point would be a miracle
RS50 355 Posted June 25, 2022 Suspected broken wrist is what i heard. Stated that Cook is doubtful for his Tuesday championship match. Presume guest for Allen r/r for Cook.
Baldyman 6,243 Posted June 25, 2022 Gonna say Tigers by
ShyTalk 22 Posted June 25, 2022 Depends on who rides for Sheffield. If Cook tries, then realises, not up to it, and, if need a guest for Allen, who do we get. First two I can think of is Brennan (if averages fit) or maybe Kennedy.

Roger Jacobs 551 Posted June 26, 2022 Witches line-up is a bit odd: 1. Doyle, 2. Batchelor, 3. King, 4. Starke, 5. Riss, 6. Nicol (G), 7. Hume ... but it won't make any difference. Sheffield to win, and maybe even by 16-20 points. Could well look good on TV, with Tigers passing Witches.
Baldyman 6,243 Posted June 26, 2022 Looks like a big home win,, with Ipswich weaknesses clearly displayed. Luckily we have Doyle to stop it being a total whitewash
2ndbendbeerhut 1,781 Posted June 26, 2022 RR for Cook....
RS50 355 Posted June 26, 2022 Will that mean only Howarth and reserves can take his rides?

Looking at the present Rolling averages yes it would mean Howarth and the reserves. For me I would bring in our number 8 Thompson to replace Allen. Then use Charles Wright to replace Cook. It's one ride for the rider directly above Cook in the averages. Edited June 26, 2022 by Bald Bloke
