Wolverhampton v Peterborough 27/06/22

Recommended Posts

Wolves at full strength

For Peterborough  its  RR for Palm Toft at #1  , Richie Worrall guests at #4 for Nicholls  ,  Palin at 7

Some heavy rain forecast in Wolverhampton area 06:00 until around 10.00am according to Met Office ,

So perhaps expect another spongy track if they cant get onto the track again during the day .

For those Panther fans thinking why no Sedgmen hes guesting for Jake Allen at  Sheffield

Will it be a new proggy / insert / use the original etc?

I heard terrace talk on the night of a swap out at the restaging.

The really heavy rain has now passed through, looking at the radar looks dry for the rest of the day.Should give the track staff time to get the surface right hopefully.

Wolves easy.

Hopefully the floodgates open and we don't have to race tonight considering we've lost two team members through concussion or injury.

Going to Monmore for the first time, not expecting much from us but got to get that speedway fix whilst we still can, any tips for a first time visiter to Monmore, where to stand, park, food etc?

Park at the stadium.

Stand down near the pits.

Get a double burger from the trailer as you come in. Delicious.

YMMV

Viewing only on 1 side if the stadium , terracing which runs from 4th bend to 1st bend. Burger van and ice cream van outside. Downstairs bar, which has limited seating, so if you need a seat get there early. Has a fast food area, chips, coffee etc. Upstairs there is a restaurant which I imagine would be bookings only. Parking recommended in the stadium car park which is free. Avoid parking in surrounding side streets, industrial area. Stadium is next to East Park, so have  stroll in there if that's your thing.

So if he can’t earn money riding, he’s earning money co-commentating.  You would have thought he would be at Wolves supporting his team though

Club Captain otherwise I'd agree with the first part of your post.
