However any clubs that are hard to deal with generally find it harder to land assets in the first place. It then became apparent that Glasgow had approached him and even though Poole were prepared to work around his Danish fixtures he chose Glasgow. Basso told them well before the season ended that he wouldn’t give up his wednesday Danish team commitments and would only have 3 free wednesdays in July their mid season break ,Poole were never going to change their race night just for one rider He was asked by a load of other clubs for his services but his uk mechanic helped him with the choice of uk clubs to ride for both A bit like Vissing missing a few wednesdays with his danish club riding the same night Edited July 14, 2022 by mac101 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

It won't be any fault of Glasgow's if he ends up there next season, Berwick will have sold him or loaned him out... that's if the asset system is the same as it's always been.
