On central news several minuits ago, there was a brief part about leicester city counsil have granted permission for the new stadium to be built !!! looks like speedway will finally be returning to the city. well done to all involved.

great news. welcome back to the Lions.
what's even better is that they used noise level readings and details about parking and noise control measures from Perry Barr Stadium so hopefully, this augers well for our own planning application currently pending with our own city council.
