  1. For context and clarity, Mr Tegnell was referring to the vulnerable and elderly when he said that, not the young and healthy.
  2. That is the sort of reply i would expect from a ten year old.
  3. Only for another day, i can't wait to to escape this awful cold weather and return to sunnier climes and some normality.
  4. Maybe you should learn the difference between criticism and correction Mr Troll.
  5. I see Mr Tsunami thought that was funny, so yet again he needs educating. SARS-CoV-2 is actually the virus that can cause covid-19, which is a coronavirus disease, and not a virus.
  6. Employment restrictions for qualified nurses coming to the UK are very minimal, exemptions were put in place after Brexit.
  7. Population has got absolutely nothing to do with it, and public health data administrators won't be fighting anything, their job is to record the stats. Do you just make these things up, or have you really got scrambled eggs for brains.
  8. Most countries have considerably higher death rates than India's current 155 per million. Barbados, The Philippines, Indonesia and the UEA have almost identical death rates to India, has anyone seen that on the news by any chance ?

    Plantar Fasciitis

Thanks, but i really don't need to consult that at this stage of my career. The NHS promotes whole grains as healthy eating because their research is funded by food corporations, it's advice is unfortunately compromised. Just be aware that countries with a very low intake of gluten grains also have very low levels of IBS in the population, that's well documented.

It won't show up in standard blood tests, and i would be willing to bet my house that i am correct on this. My hubby has had experience of working with IBS patients, and everyone that excluded gluten from their diets had very favourable outcomes long term.

It has been estimated that 80% of all humans have some form of gluten intolerance, and many Cardiologists refer to it as a 'cereal killer.'

IBS is primarily caused by a severe gluten intolerance, it should be completely eliminated from your diet.

It sounds very likely that you have a gluten intolerance and therefore not absorbing all the nutrients in your food. This can be determined by a test, or alternatively you could cut out all food and drinks that contain gluten (wheat, barley, rye) for thirty days, then on the the 31st day reintroduce gluten into every meal that day. If that results in bloating or feeling uncomfortable, then you will have your answer. Gluten is a string protein that can seriously inhibit the bodies ability to absorb nutrients, and high blood pressure is often the result of a magnesium deficiency and common place in people with a gluten intolerance. ( Magnesium fuels the arterial muscles that pump blood away from the heart ) Best wishes in whatever road you take.

Sounds like you might need to implement some serious lifestyle changes, as all those conditions can be the result of a poor diet or food intolerance. Have you ever had kidney stones, asthma or hay fever ?
