...and yet there are still some who confuse flu with covid.

It is a type of flu and has the same season.

Yes the expression is often inter changeable however I thought that I read somewhere that it hasn't yet been proven that it follows the same season as flu? Can't recall where I saw it.

To be fair, most current scientific research says it does have the same symptoms as flu, by and large, but that it is not flu.

A wonder how many man hours, (person hours) are lost each year due to coronavirus type illnesses, including beer colds and such?,,, can see that number decreasing in the future. ;)

I have been told it does follow the same season. Not by Donna-Marie on Facebook but a former Deputy Chief Med Officer for Wales who I do a lot of work for.

A friend if mine (in his middle/late twenties) went down with covid and he said that he had known nothing like it and he is a very fit individual who does a lot of serious hill walking.

Me and the guys who work for me reckon we had it around Feb.Went to work on the Friday fine, within an hour I literally had to welly it to Tesco in Caerphilly with the trots.Gradually got worse during the day and did the drive of shame again. Then began to feel really rough and had to go home which I never do.had a rough 2 days then back in work on Monday and my mates were the same.It took me a month to fully recover.

We reckon we got it off a window fitter who had been saying he had this illness he couldn't shake off.My own cough lasted about 3 weeks.

Now I've never said that Covid doesn't exist, but is the cure worse than the virus looking at ONS data.Personally I believe it is.

I also believe that this has been seen as a chance to reverse climate change.Less flying, more home working, more reliance on home deliveries, less small business so you rely on one ship with no driving around.

Notice the increase on green adverts, electric cars, etc.

The digital revolution,it's all hidden in the wide open.

I may be wrong, but I doubt it.If I am ,you and Tsunami can come on here in a few years and rip me a new back passage.

Find the article, then put your finger on the address bar at the top of your screen and it will give you the “copy” option.

Then go to Reply on the forum and instead of typing just put your finger where you would normally type and it will give you the option of “paste”.
