Last 2 days been working next to a testing centre in the roughest part of Newport.We have not seen one person go in for a test but about 10 people there just playing on their phones all day.

Replicate that around the country and what a waste of money.

Turkish shopkeeper by there said it was like it through winter too.......dead.
