There might be one positive out of all of this. If when he's fully healed do you think his caddy could remove the pins for him? It might save him a further visit to the hospital.

Pleased he's improving. I see that he was driving in a 45mph zone on a known dangerous road, but went off the road whilst accelerating at a speed of around 80mph. They believe he may have hit the accelerator and not the brake !

one rule for the rich and another for the poor. Should have the book thrown at him for speeding and dangerous driving if as stated he was doing double the speed limit!

NO. He came out of a Side road with the sun in his eyes  and caught a car with two women it it.

Pulling out onto a road when your view is obscured by sunlight, and putting other lives at risk is perfectly fine and not dangerous at all...:rolleyes:
