It's a credibility thing for me. I don't pretend to have the answers but borrowing riders from a rival team in a 6 club league is just bonkers. I'd get rid of guests completely if it was possible but even if not they need to be absolutely minimised.

Have to agree there’s even one muppet who doesn’t post on here often, but always finds time to make disparaging remarks about Batch despite never seeing him ride, as by their own admission would you believe has had no interest in speedway for many years. You couldn’t make it up !

Doesn't work... 10,000, randomly sent out freebies would get circa 1100 responses (tops). 11% is the uptake for such things.  And out of that 1100, approx 10% to 15% go on to become regulars... Mostly people take up the offer and never become loyal customers.. Spent many years marketing such things when I opened Supermarkets.. 1000 targeted people, with continuous engagement would deliver a much greater longer term response... 28 days of doing something changes your life for good or bad, hence we targeted people heavily over the first 28 days of a new store.. It really isn't difficult to engage people if you know what you are doing...
