In tonight's fixture between King's Lynn - Sheffield, Nicolai Klindt had already completed 7 rides coming up to his programmed heat 14. I can't see anything in the regulations but, can / should you be allowed to use a Tactical Substitute on a reserve switch?? It makes no sense to allow that loop hole imo?!? -
