Their involvement is to acquire content for their TV channels and generate income from advertising & sub-licensing.
Unfortunately unlike other sports shown on TV such as football/Rugby/Cricket/Darts/Snooker/MotoGP/etc. there is insufficient money involved to actually feed down to grass roots or actually promote & grow the sport to a wider audience.
I don't understand why everyone seems so interested in who the temporary number 7 may be. Knowing its going to be one of the weaker 2 pointers, ie one who can't get a full time Championship place elsewhere, is surely sufficient for the time being.
Merry Christmas.😁
Troy spoke well at the end of season do, he genuinely seemed to enjoy being at Workington. I’ve been a fan of Cook since he started and was disappointed when it was said he was leaving, Andrew Bain talking about Troy signing did mention him being ever present.
Cook let the comets down towards the season end but let himself down when he missed the srbf meeting,ex riders in wheelchairs came hundreds of miles to support the meeting he was 15 miles away and didnt turn up!
Crump and Adams you dumped after a year after bringing them over.
Doyle and Chris holder both started at I.O.W before Poole and Jack holder started at Plymouth before Poole.
As lewy has also pointed out Zack cook started at Plymouth also. So not really invested in the Aussies either, oh dear.
So your point is utter nonsense.
I enjoyed watching Andrew Silver, he had a God given ability on the bike & was able to change direction like no other rider. he didn't need to be on the fastest machine he just had a faster mind
