Unfortunately that is it until 2026. Thanks to all the riders, clubs, officials, broadcasters, forum members, particularly Racers & Royals and Stewmac and all in involved in the Polish league racing, it has been great watching all the meetings here in the UK and hopefully many will get the opportunity to turn up at tracks in Poland next year to experience all that is great about the sport of Speedway.7 points

I have been critical of Kerr for most of this season. Very poor the first half of the season, slowly improving but then EF’s. Tonight he showed why he was signed. Top performance. 13 points. Well done to him.7 points

If it wasnt Poole it wouldnt be under discussion.5 points

Possible difference is Championship might be classed as a pro league and NL as amateur. Either way the facility was granted and rightly so. If Wright was replaced tonight on compassionate grounds, there wouldn’t be a single Poole fan questioning it.4 points

And PGE Ekstraliga attendances plummeted from 9625 last year down to a pathetic 10325 this year.4 points

I’ve noticed There’s two different Paluch one that rides Gorzów and the one that rides all the other tracks.3 points
-
Gorzows best 3 riders being in 20/30 heats over the 2 legs just does not seem right at all.3 points
-
I don't know why they keep blaming the weather, the track is completely of their own making3 points

To that end I'd recommend that you contact Jason Pipe and he'll tell you how many riders agreed to ride and then withdrew or were asked but declined the invitation. The 'Young Stars' part of the meeting name was to differentiate between the level that the senior side ride at and the National Development League which pretty much every rider in the meeting rides in. As an event I think it was a big success and will have done many of the riders present the world of good.3 points

As per tbe Regulations 010.5 FACILITIES A Reduced facility (No Facility in British Development) only, is permitted to replace a rider, who although included in a re-declaration has not made an appearance for that team since being re-declared. However, the team has the option to revert to the previous declaration. A team may utilise a facility to cover the absence of a rider(s) who is: - a) FIM World Speedway Championship and FIM World Long Track duty b) FIM Speedway of Nations / FIM Speedway World Cup duty c) FIME Speedway Championship duty d) the riders own FMN National Championship e) engaged elsewhere at a BSP LTD shared or purchased meeting f) recalled in accordance with the FIM SLB regulations g) injured whilst speedway racing This must be recorded on the Meeting Report by the Referee. This facility will apply automatically for a period up to a maximum of 28 days. The Promotion may apply to the SCB Co-Ordinator for an extension. If a rider has not declared illness or injury to the Referee before the closure of the meeting, as per the Meeting Report, subsequently provides a medical certificate, they will receive a mandatory 7 day suspension of their SCB Registration h) sick or carrying a non-speedway injury. The rider must immediately inform the SCB and their club. A Medical Certificate must be supplied to the SCB within 48 hours of the sickness/injury occurring in which case the rider will receive a mandatory 7 day suspension of his SCB Registration from the day of the first meeting missed. This facility will apply automatically for a period up to a maximum of 28 days. The Promotion may apply to the SCB Co-Ordinator for an extension i) suspended by the FIM, ACU, SCB or riders FMN j) in dispute with his club, provided that the circumstances have been accepted by the SCB Co-Ordinator who will determine the facility and period of the riders inactivity k) retiring during the current season a facility will be granted for a period of 28 days. After which the team must re-apply for a further facility to the SCB Co-Ordinator outlining the steps they have taken to find a replacement. An extension may be granted. In these circumstances a rider cannot return to ride for any club within 28 days, effective from the date of notification to the SCB l) a Championship rider who’s own FMN does not have a current agreement with the BSP LTD and is competing in another FMN’s National, League or Open Meeting. This will result in the riders SCB Registration being suspended for one (1) season and the riders team will be automatically granted a facility for a maximum period of 28 days, after which that team must re-declare m) awaiting medical clearance from the riders FMN n) NDL and NDT only: absent for any other reason - applicable to riders 18 years old and under, providing 3 days’ notice is given o) a rider with an assessed MA p) has been approved in a teams declared 1-7 at the start of the season but due to extenuating circumstances is not available, a facility may be granted, up to a maximum of 28 days, at the SCB Co-Ordinators discretion. In the NDL and NDT this only applies if the rider was in that teams 1-7 at the close of the previous season Therefore, I would imagine that Poole were granted a facility under subsection p) There is a distinction between PL / Championship , and NDL/NDT,2 points

Redcar was a bit boring tonight wasn't it? Glasgow should win the final overall, they have 5 heat leaders!!2 points
-
Doesn't really matter which teams are or aren't involved, its the inconsistency that gets to people. I was under the impression you could have guests for pretty much anything in the NL & NDT anyway, obviously not!2 points

It'd be interesting to know why Oxford weren't allowed one for Jason Garrad and Poole are for Richard Lawson.2 points
-
Gorzow have had a complete miracle in these 2 meetings with 3 top heatleaders in 66% of all races , it sort of feels underhand in a way2 points

Well done to the Pirates, we turned up and took the battle to Redcar.2 points

My thoughts exactly, he certainly turned up tonight.2 points

He has an affinity for Lublin more than all the other clubs he rode for, that’s why he announced his retirement there during a recent match.2 points

'Totally false advertising' feels like something of an exaggeration. Do you know they 'could of' (I assume you mean 'could have') filled it with more 'age appropriate' riders? Which ones do you know were available and didn't get invited?2 points
-
Well done to Australia, fully deserved that as the best pair. Glad to be going back to the World Cup next year though, it's just a far superior event.2 points
-
Without Lawson poole are done ,bears look to strong2 points

Whilst I would much prefer that the highest scorer wins, there are plenty of sports where the top qualifier doesn't win the final. I don't think that's the reason why people don't take speedway seriously2 points
-
Surely it's gamble worth taking because the current rock bottom attendances need a major boost. I think those who watch speedway nowadays will stay loyal whatever. And the only way to attract the 50/50 followers back through the turnstiles is via a more varied fixture list. Meeting the same teams 4 or more times each season just breeds complacency. Not that the riders care, of course, but Joe Public needs more variety.!!!!2 points

Are you confusing the night when Ben Powell, riding for Scunthorpe, aimed his bike (after the race) at Kenni Larsen (after Powell has dismounted it)?1 point

But your happy to be over critical of the Poole track.1 point

Jack holder and Kyle Howarth have missed matches for the same reason this season.1 point

I can give you 1 example as far back as 2005! travis McGowan of Oxford guested for Newport v Berwick.(Oxford in bid league then)1 point

Won the meeting as well. Not been any passing all night. King tried this novelty idea and took off Will Cairns. Other than that the races were settled after the second bend lap one. Made Poole’s track look like Bydgosczcz.1 point

... anyway well done to Germany, that was the result of the year so far for me!1 point

See previous reply, bikes were available to go to Poole it was the rider who wasn't available or couldn't be arsed to be available. Your welcome to him next year1 point

Don’t know why people keep going on about the crowd 😂 I wasn’t joking when I said Poland aren’t bothered about SWC or SoN! Probably not that many watching on TV either! They go wild for their club and SGP is the only real individual meeting they watch! They don’t even really follow Polish Ind. Championship or SEC.1 point
-
One league or two that is the question? So you list a crop of 'top riders' who won't be able to ride in a one league system. And so many, too many, double up to make a living?...So the loss of those star performers will affect speedway attendances will it? I don't think it can do so as attendances are surely already dire. Let's have a guess at how many watch the current batch of stars i.e. GP level and "the so called lesser riders"....lose them all and attendances will plummet?..But come on how many teams get a decent crowd nowadays? So I think one league is the best format and hopefully the stars will re-consider deserting the UK and eventually return. Can anyone tell me approx attendances for each UK team - I bet not many attract 1000+???1 point

Poland haven't been paying lots of riders in ALL leagues, why do you assume it's worky's fault, I know some issues reared it's head mid season, but surely the promotion would be sqeekey clean after that1 point
