What some forget it that there is a possibility of 4 new riders in the GP in 2024 and beyond. We could get. 3 new from the challenge and 1 from the SEC. Hopefully it doesn’t come to that because naming the 4 to go doesn’t bear thinking about.

Part of the deal between the FIM and FIM Europe and presumably DSE and Onesport when the winner of the SEC was awarded a GP spot. If Madsen, Michelsen and Dudek fail to get in top 5 of the SEC then the GP riders will get less and less in the SEC. Also in the event of one of those 3 named winning the SEC and finishing in top 6 in GP then it does not go to the 2nd place.

10 years is the contract length, and as the meeting starts at 2.30pm local- 1.30pm UK time it`s hardly possible to show it in the morning. The meeting takes place on the 150M training track( straights 8M, bends 11.5M.) very soon after the GP qualifying ends. The best we can hope for is a FIM video after the event
