The PZM have issued a new dictate today- maybe as a response to the Polish fans criticism of the racing in 2020. Preparation of the track in terms of the attractiveness of the competition. The track must be prepared for competition in such a way that its surface is suitable for the competition all races of the match have a smooth ride and the ability to overtake the entire length and width of the track Slightly shedding track is allowed. It is recommended, if the host so wishes, to keep under supervision the judge or the track steward, the starting fields were "scratched" before the competition on no more than +/- 5 cm deep or harnessed to no more than +/- 10 cm deep and then as appropriate hydrated and compacted. The inside of the track pavement in curves should be harder than the pavement from the center of the track towards the board in the curves. Grip in curves from the center of the track should be similar to the grip of the starting fields. Track stewards are authorized to give written orders in terms of preparing the track for the competition. ATTENTION: 1) In terms of track preparation, the clubs will be judged on the competition on two levels: a. for the preparation of a safe track for the conduct of the competition - evaluation in progress track acceptance, b. in terms of preparation of the track attractive for prosecution - assessment of the judge and track commissioner and taking up additional work to improve the attractiveness of the professions. 2) Preparation of a track with equal traction along its entire length or with the so-called shedding. "Heavy sprit" it is incorrect in terms of the attractiveness of the competition as it causes formation on the track one track to ride. This type of track can be picked up for competition in the regulations time, however, in such a case, steps should be taken to resurfacing providing a spectacle, taking into account the prevailing weather conditions. Take command specific work on the track in order to improve the attractiveness of the competition, e.g. to beat the inside of it parts, may also be issued after the regular track acceptance time, if the situation requires it. However, it is recommended that these works are performed prior to the formal acceptance of the track

Gleb Chugunov is the wildcard for both Wroclaw GP`s.

Last of yesterday`s matches watched and Vastervik were totally outclassed at home by Lejonen- losing by 10 flattered them !!! Vastervik is one decent racetrack though. For Lejonen Tungate led the way with 14 from 5. For Vastervik Masters and mads Hansen scored double figures but didn`t really impress. Anton Karlsson is a rider i have always liked, he is still youngish and he scored 9. As Ghostie has posted there was a nasty high speed crash for Wahlqvist in heat 10- he crashed at the end of the home straight and hit the fence less than a metre before the air fence started.

E Winner league div 1 - no not yet.

He is also a squad member of Gniezno.

He`s 17( March DOB) and he rode for Masarna last year and is improving fast. He rode in youth speedway- 250 CC

Just watched Rospiggarna v Vetlanda and it`s taken a while but i now realise that the Hallstavik track does not produce good racing !! one decent tussle in heat 11 between Kurtz and Rasmus Jensen and that was about it. kurtz looked quick all night and scored 16 from 7- I reckon Lodz should start using him again.

Sweden has 8 teams and they are meeting the other teams just once- so that makes 7 matches. In order that each team rides 4H and 4 A they have introduced an extra round where the teams will have a " derby match " which means they meet 6 teams once and 1 team twice. Mind you they are having QF`s with all 8 taking part.

Just watched Dackarna v Piraterna and as Ghostie reported nasty crash in heat 9. Kildemand had Jakobsen off in heat 11 luckily Jakobsen was ok. Not over enamoured with what i have seen this week- racing generally well spread out with the differing class of riders on view !!
