Sweden has 8 teams and they are meeting the other teams just once- so that makes 7 matches. In order that each team rides 4H and 4 A they have introduced an extra round where the teams will have a " derby match " which means they meet 6 teams once and 1 team twice. Mind you they are having QF`s with all 8 taking part.

Just watched Dackarna v Piraterna and as Ghostie reported nasty crash in heat 9. Kildemand had Jakobsen off in heat 11 luckily Jakobsen was ok. Not over enamoured with what i have seen this week- racing generally well spread out with the differing class of riders on view !!

That’s because of the mega points money- they don’t want to risk dropping points trying to team ride costing them money !!

Not really because if they are Polish U21 they can replace the 6 and 7 in case of injury.

I saw no rhyme or reason to leave Kolodziej out of that ride after all Kubera could and did have another ride in the nominated heats. As for the no 8’s most of them are Polish kids coming along just in case they are needed- not really surprised when they don’t ride. They get junior league matches to test themselves against the u21’s in the team.

Yes it looks like 1st showings are Wroclaw v Czestochowa Premier Sport 2 at 11pm Grudziadz v Zielona Gora Premier Sport 2 at 10am Monday morning.
