Lets get one thing straight- as from Yesterday it is illegal for a guest to ride for both teams in a two- legged tie in the Premiership and Championship- rule amendment SR 1810 issued 8th October https://www.scbgb.co.uk/regulations I am now waiting for another SR to see how they word the rule amendment that allows Morris to guest for Kurtz in an away match

Yes very real thank you- i assume the committee you are referring to is the management committee of the BSPA ? they can decide what they want- but they don`t sanction the rules- it`s the SCB and they certainly have the power to stop this rule bending farce.

Quite right- i have found that the SCB issued amendment yesterday SR 1810 which stops any rider riding for more than one team in a Premiership or championship 2 legged tie. The SCB have the power to not allow Morris to guest for Poole tomorrow as it`s against their rules - but have they the bottle ????
