I agree with Dcb7 constructive feedback is vital for the promotion to understand how the fans are feeling about things, it's not a case of being a "keyboard commando" but gives the promotion a chance to understand how the fans feel about things, I believe they will listen and make a change if they feel this is required or at least acknowledge and comment back. The programme was poor but lets give them chance to review and if necessary make changes My feedback on the programme is it was too big in size, paper didn't feel right but as Shaun said least you could write on it and obviously the grammar was poor. For me I'd look at what clubs get consistent good feedback on their programmes and go from there
