That was a tremendous night at Monmore Green. Do you recall Karlsson's last bend manoeuvre which got him an exclusion from the race? An odd move from him considering the meeting was lost with Ott winning ..
I remember it, pretty sure he wasn't excluded though?

your “enjoy the spectacle comment” is redundant to me I don’t think like you, you accept things blindly . I find that way of life dull and that of someone not wanting to learn and challenge that’s not me.
I see Matthew is making friends again.

As for Pearson, my god, he bangs on about Hancock more now than when he was actually in races. WTF was he on about with Doyle landing on his shoulder rather than head being a good thing? Speedway riders are frequently out because of collarbones. And calling the overall title lead during a race is pointless, as Bartek showed on that final bend, how many times does he do that. Awful commentator... as calling Tai winning a race he was not in last night shows.
Pointless? Of course it isn't, it's highlighting the importance of the race.
Great commentary with Nige and Kelv tonight. They're getting better and better.
And I'm someone who wasn't keen on him when he first started. -

Any chance of BWitcher disappearing back to waffle complete nonsense on his Covid-19 thread, so that we can get on with discussing the Prague rounds.
Intriguing couple of rounds ahead. Woffy is traditionally strong around Prague - can he come strong and get himself back into contention? On the other hand, not a track that Zmarzlik seems to like! But Lindgren seems to be the rider who is pulling out all the stops at the sharp end of meetings, which is critical under the new points system.
As usual you arrive with a personal vendetta. Numerous people discussed it.. and I didn't raise it.
As for complete nonsense, everything I have said is 100% factually correct.
You are right though, let's stick to the meeting.
Glad it is going ahead at Prague, may not be the best race track but does offer something different to the Polish tracks. I agree with you that it's a chance for Woffinden to post some big points although he'll need to be gating well.
Are the Anlas tires still banned?

Unfortunately, this kind of thinking is why the U.S. looks like a third world country when it comes to our covid 19 deaths which were mostly caused by poor, excuse me, no leadership from our president.
Funny that as the deaths are the highest in the Democrat states.
Don't let truth get in the way though. -

I went to the office every day last week and probably most of this week. Wore a mask for 10 hours a day (minus eating and drinking). Didn't die to oxygen deprivation or feel oppressed.
Good for you lockdown fanboy.

I can see both sides of this. Just 1 death today due to covid yet increased numbers over the last fortnight found positive.
By a test that doesn't test for Covid.. (it tests for coronavirus).
There's been increasing numbers for nearly two months.
The numbers only increase because tests increase.
There is no 'other side'.
Whilst 100 people are dying with Covid on their death certs, 1000 are dying with flu/pneumonia on their death certs. Folks just aren't told that. -

Right now I am thinking of a word that sums this amazing viewpoint up.....ah yes..I can recall one....
I've not given a viewpoint. I've given facts.
What part do you disagree with? -

that is not the argument...if you live in much of the UK the above is not a possibility, its a certainty..good job you are not myopic !!
Of course it's the argument.
Even if I CAUGHT Covid-19, I'd still have more chance of being stabbed than being hospitalised from it.
You're acting as it its some kind of death sentence.
Right now it's the least of your worries with flu/pneumonia involved in 10 x the deaths and hospitalisations.

Lets sincerely hope that you are not unfortunate enough to get infected...if you are...then can we all assume that you will not bother the NHS nor any medical practitioner, nor take up a bed, instead rely totally on your own beliefs and confidence ??..In that case I would stand corrected
I can correct you immediately.
I have more chance of being stabbed the next time I go to the shop than being hospitalised with Covid-19.
That is the reality. -

That is a very thoughtful comment...i would agree in part with that...equally i am not ignorant enough to go down the route of "bullrubbish"..Indeed knowing sadly someone who suffered dreadfully before passing, and equally someone who had covid but is thankfully recovering (albeit slowly)..it isn't something I would enjoy having. The mismanagement of Uk and USA governments borders on the criminal. During my mis-spent life and having survived a heart attack and later (the bullrubbish) of Sepsis, I ain't taking no chances Guvnor.
So you've fallen for it hook line and sinker.

It is a bit unfair to say ‘you’re all falling for’ at least when I have posted about the numbers in Czech it isn’t that I am falling for anything. Just noting that governments ‘fall for it’ and react accordingly. They paused the football league, then resumed, then cancelled it. But what is interesting is that despite the infected numbers rocketing for whatever reason, the government aren’t panicking despite call from the opposition and the ‘experts’ to do so

8 minutes ago, spiegal said:Interesting...my contact in Prague says that Covid is rampant in Prague...not too bad in the countryside, but being caused by locals coming back from holiday in Spain, Croatia etc..
Also in Gorzow teh 50% capactity didn't seem organised and nobody wearing masks..
456 deaths in total in the whole of the Czech Republic since the beginning.
And you're all falling for the utter BS of 'rampant'.. and 'big time increase'.
The last time there were more than five in a day was May 22nd.
The more tests, the more cases. People get colds you know.. and will increasingly do so as the weather cools.-

I never understood why there were always "speedway fans" who were ONLY interested in the top few riders. At whatever level, it's about the tracks...
Isn't that the case with almost every sport?
And to be honest, I'm one of them. I'd rather watch an average meeting with the top boys than a 'superb' one with juniors.-

Are you watching Mr Shovlar.
Where's the track craft of Laguta now?
Gating tart, amplified by the tires in first two GP's. -

So then new restrictions on gatherings and the possibility of a 10pm curfew! Yet this country full of fools still believes they are acting in our best interests. Get real people and realise we are now living n a totalitarian state!
Yes infections are rising but what matters is hospital admissions and more importantly deaths, which have fallen through the floor.
So for those who agree with it then get your vaccination and microchip and the rest of us will continue to enjoy what freedoms left we have!
Spot on.
The reality is, those championing restrictions as things stand now, are championing NEVER seeing family again at Christmas.
Even if Covid-19 was to disappear overnight and never be seen again, Christmas is multiple times more dangerous for respiratory viruses than it has been for the last three months.. including now.
Of course, they are all hypocrites and would do so immediately once they weren't programmed what to do.-

It’s just opinions ,Tai wasn’t looking to clever trying to pass the opposition last night IMO.I think it is the high level of completion making it difficult.

That's they way you have to be in professional sport. Of course, you enjoy your successes, but getting carried away with it can be very counter-productive. It's far better to stay at the same level mentally - regardless of your ups and downs - rather than put yourself on an emotional roller-coaster.
Good or bad, what's done is done. You can't change what's happened, you can only change what is going to happen.
Or.. It is what it is!

Oh the Tyre. Everyone had the opportunity to have them . Doubt you would all be crying like babies if the choice of tyre went the other way would you ..
If a couple of riders were totally dominating on a tyre nobody else could switch too, of course I'd be complaining.
It makes it a farce.
Prague GP`s rounds 5 and 6 Friday and Saturday September 18th and 19th

It was Jason Lyons.
Pretty sure didn't go into the fence either, PK just blocked him (aggressively) off so Henka came through.
Definitely not excluded as race ended a 3-3 and score 54-53.
