BENR195...... you are one of the chosen few in this world of speedway . you get to see the inside of how speedway works (sometimes) travel the length and breadth of the uk, sometimes further . if i was in a position like that and heard a few pre season things . i would keep it to myself and gain the respect of riders and mechs,fitters or full time pit people . you will gain more respect and may even hear things that should not be heard . but keep stum. we all respect the job you do on race nights .rain or shine , you guys have to be there . good luck in 2018 , but dont play the kids game of , i know something you dont. as i said before , enjoy your time as a pit person and also enjoy the time you will be spending with pro riders and promotions . so if the rule changes near the start of the season. what will happen to all those riders that have invested heavily in new equipment, signed into a van hire agreement .sponsorship sourced and other stuff . where are they left . the rule cannot be changednow and must not be changed, just because some fans/promoters could not get the riders they wanted after the AGM.

you got any paperwork to say you are a mechanic or not , if not , then you are classed as semi skilled. not a proper mech . somehow i cant see you stripping engines and repairing frames/diamonds etc . more of a fitter , fitting new parts for old worn ones . have you changed a tyre yet ?

looking like he has a fair bit of fame n fortune already . as scaramanga said in a post , lets hope he does not go down the william lawson ,r lambert route and get spoiled too early . looking forward to seeing him in a proper meeting instead of the after meeting events @ wucky . its a shame not many fans stopped behind to see this local talent blossom(hopefully) into a decent reserve for his local club .

you need to listen to the interview in full . he is waiting on the fixture lists to come out and then see what happens . already doing about 3 leagues . so could be hard on him . at the start end of last season he said he was only doing the prem in the uk . but things change as we know .
