  1. Lee Complin is 29 next month, hes a Sheffield asset and carries an average of 7.35, but he'll still be the 2nd name on the teamsheet after Albin the great. Comparing the 2, is there any difference.
  2. Wonder if chief scout 'Dick' has anymore wonder riders for next year? What about a return for Greg Blair? Theres 2 duffers they wouldnt have to pay straight away.
  3. I think signing Albin immediately shows there is no real ambition to finnish nearer the top than bottom of the PL. I know there asking for more fans to go along, why not put out a good team and they might?
  4. Take it you arnt able to spot sarcasm then? Jacobsen is absolutely horrendous, i was taking the mick.
  5. Haha quite agree. 5 points already wasted next year if Albin is signed, still, are we surprised?
  6. You mean that imbicile that stands on the centre green? If there cost cutting, he should be the first to get the chop.
  7. Doubt worky could cope with crazy klaus and the rest of the party bus.
  8. Yeah but if past seasons are anything to go by we always have one absoute duffer in the team, Klaus could be that man for 2013.
  9. Jocobsen has to be the first name on the teamsheet for next year after his sublime form since signing this season.
  10. What was hard to understand about my comment big lad? You told us the other week you would be willing to pay upto £20 for a Berwick meeting, remember? With fans with your dedication who never miss a match home or away, and are massive fans of John and the boys, Berwick will be fine. Oh, and you always bring new pals along dont you, all hail Eddie. (saviour)
  11. At least theyve got fans like you willing to give them 20 quid every week, with fans like that, they cant go wrong can they.
  12. Spot on. Having a brilliant set of toilets isnt going to help the lads on track. I go to watch a speedway team, the rest is irrelevant to me.
  13. And how would you know if he is or he isnt? Your never there. Just run along back and listen to what daddy tells you about the match.
  14. I dont live in the borders but thanks anyways.
  15. Complin seems to be a big favourite with the promotion, particularly Hepburn who I'm sure sponsored him personally before he bought into the club. I'm only speculating on what I've been told but there wont be many better paid rider's at Berwick than Lee Complin, if any.I would personally not like to see Complin return, not sure he is the best influence in the pits at times (again just what I've heard) and yes hes spectacular to watch at home, but really does he help that much away. A straight choice between him or Aspegren next year for who would up there average the most? I know who I'd back simply because hes not a one track pony. Having said all this, Complin is probably contracted at Berwick until he gives up speedway :s
  16. Wouldnt imagine Complin will go anywhere, no other club is likely to pay him the sort of money he is apparently on at Berwick.
  17. Agree with you there, if that was his ave and they could get him and Dyer signed up at reserve I think that would be a very solid pairing.
  18. I never wanted Albin in the first place. Im only suggesting a team I would like to see. In reality everyone is already aware Albin and probably Complin are already there next year.
  19. 1.Ricky Ashworth 2.David Bellego 3.Kozza Smith 4.Ricky Wells 5.Nick Morris 6.Micky Dyer 7. Damien Koppe
  20. Doolan was simply brilliant, really pleased to be proved wrong, just made myself look silly with that comment! Doolan is always good value at Berwick and proved it again today! Seb clearly had the Swedish bike over tonight and could probably have gone from 15 metres and still won such was the speed it generated, so infuriating he doesnt do it every week because hes so talented when in the right frame of mind! Aspegren was very good once again, would hope he'll be back next year but i cant see it! Barret had an up and down night but made a sublime inside pass on Poole in his last ride, plenty of talent in the boy! Dyer was worth more than his score suggests, tried hard and made a good pass on Tungate! Bellego I was thankful walked away from a sickening looking smash with North, these guys really are a different breed! Jacobsen isnt even worth writing a comment about.
