That's a good point. However, I have just finished a preliminary read of my copy of the new book (having read The Golden Age some time ago. The first point to make is probably that while the Golden Age covers the first decade after World War Two, the new book is about the period 1928 to 1968. There is virtually no repetition, either in the text or the pictures.
