I hope so. But I am not convinced there are a lot of problems to sort out before speedway can run at Sheffield. Imo the air fence being the major one.
-
It's very quiet on the sale front maybe any buyers are waiting to see what comes out of the agm. From what Mr Machin is saying the impression he gives is no buyer no speedway.
-
What are the new league structures proposals ?
-
We will be the last to no.
-
I hope so. But it is not a quick job. Don't forget the Owlerton tracks bend's are very big.
-
Re air fence. Weather it's a foam or air fence it will have to be taken down after every meeting. Otherwise it will restrict the view for the greyhound racing. The dog racing is very important to the stadium owners, it's broadcast in all the betting shop's nationwide every week. On a Tuesday and Thursday's.

When is the agm?
-
I hope whoever takes over has a clear out, and we don't look to sign riders from the past. Let's start a new and get supporters really exited about the team for next season. Imo keep Steady ( if he is 100% fit) then go from there. Look to the future not look backwards. I just hope the sale does not drag on and on. I would hope Mr Machin will be looking at riders just in case the sale does not happen. He did say he was not closing Sheffield just putting the club up for sale. If he does not sell my only worry will he be motivated for next season. Interesting times.

A lot of fans have had enough also. -
Lets hope so. Best track, best facilities, good fan base. What more do you want.

Is do not think Mr Machin ran Sheffield for 20years for his health. Of course he made a profit and paid himself a salary. He would have gone a long time ago if that was not the case. Mr Machin can se what is happening in speedway in the uk. If sky pull the plug, the air fence issue, will there be one league, will there be any gp rider's in the uk, rider's pay it goes on and on. I believe a lot of promoters will be looking over there shoulder's waiting to se what happens. Imo Mr Machin is he getting out before the sh-t hits the fan. The close season will be very interesting. I hope I am totally wrong but it's a very worrying time for speedway in the uk.

You would not have any points if Ben Barker had ridden. Doyal got you those two points. Imo Barker would not have scored 14 points -

A very tough start for the new lad. As long as he gives it a go that will do. We should not expect to much, Keep safe everybody. The great news today is that Ricky is responding to people and breathing on is own. Once a Tiger always a Tiger go Ricky. -

If he get's the clearance it should be interesting to see how the German lad goes. I have a feeling the Tigers could run Ipswich very close. If Lawson and Wells have there starting heads on we could just do it. Come on you Tiger's. -

No Sunday's for me. The people who I stand with will not be coming Sunday's either. I can remember last year when it was muted I think it was pretty even for and against. We will have to just wait and see. -

Mr. Machin does not want to spend any more money than he has to . He is just getting through to the end of the season with a patched up team ever week. As for not being able to get riders in what a load of rubbish other teams soon get some one in when they have to. If you don't pay you don't get. Imo Machin is waiting to se what happens next season with the air fence and the league set up. If sky pull the plug could it be one league next year. I think it could be a very dodgy time for speedway in the u k -

Not good enough Sheffield. Management living in another world if they think its ok to use guest every week. They will not win another meeting this season. -

Another close one. I hope the Tigers can win it. But not very confident, just hope everyone come away safe. -

Very big ask for the Tigers. If they get a point it will be a miracle. Just hope all the riders keep safe. -
We need Andre to score some points away from Sheffield that's the test. If someone bought Frankie a new bike, i think you would see him go then. Any volunteers ?.
-
Well done Sheffield dug in and got a good win. Frankie rode with a lot of determination, the bike looked a lot better to-night. Andre gave us a glimpse of the past to-night. Great.
