If its not your team nothing do to with you me or anyone else . I dont really care who signs for whoever. So give your undercurrent a rest we all know what your getting at, teams sign who they want , its there choice. You seem to have more to say about other teams rather than your own.

Leicester dropped down also with Somerset.
-
Think that may well be the case and Nike would also favour a return to his parent club.
-
Its a bit of fun and a major feat to build a half decent team to 38 points. I could have included Tai in my effort doesn't mean he is signing. So chill out and lets see who signs for who.

Thats what happens when the brothers grim get there paws on desicion making. We are still waiting on the transparency we were promised.

Keeping that in reserve to strengthen up at a later date that .82 could be the difference.

Here goes with my effort on the pitiful 38 limit 1. Rene Bach. 7.19 2. Nike Lunna 5.58 3. Ben Barker 7.05 4. Paul Starke 5.88 5. Aaron Summers 7.18 6. Jack Thomas 2.30 7. Drew Kemp 2.00 Total 37.18 Bringing Aaron back on that average with the points limit where it is would be a no brainer and being our asset then no fee involved, same thinking with Lunna our asset and average that fits. Would have Barker before Vissing more potential away from Ben and I know we have been there before but needs must with the low points limit , Starke for me is a must most of his season was blighted by niggling injuries last year and is far better than 5.88 I fear he will be a Rebel next year though , young Kemp we can but dream as most will be chasing his signature at this level another possible Rebel next year but here is hoping. Jack if Kent don't move up will improve next year there was glimpses last year as to how good this kid will be . And Rene same again attractive average and a return to Glasgow I am sure will appeal to him. So start with our own two riders Aaron & Nike and build round them.

Be interesting to see how we build to 38 points to be fair we struggled to get it right when it was 42.5. Surely the new watered down product means no Cookie , watering it down did not work before it just made in demand average riders more expensive. This in my opinion does nothing to increase crowd levels or standard a massive backward step once again.

Haven't even checked our charity bet who is due what?.

This story was on the local Glasgow radio this morning basically reiterating the statement and saying the losses must be reduced drastically in order to continue. Nothing like a negative soundbite for the press to pick up on it is the Glasgow way. Now a positive story that is another thing you don't hear.

Spot on going weeks without any speedway decimated any momentum we had created enticing newer and used to attend fan's , you could visibly see the enthusiasm draining away from most as the stop/start season progressed. I posted on here In May on a thread I was bored with it already and the lack of fixtures was a big part of it.

It's not over yet, or it could be part of the masterplan were they rent the stadium out to the homeless Monarchs in 2020 they re-invent themselves as the lets say Scottish Monarchs , we in turn rebuild with the astronomical rent being charged and they in turn perform to massive crowds of 87 and 2 dogs. We return in 2022 with the coffers replenished ready for another 3 years of overspending and winning hee haw but it was good whilst it lasted.

So your not gloating what made me think you were. Maybe because you were and now you say its beacause some Glasgow fans were doing likewise weeks ago . So what your saying is 2 wrongs do make a right ,your a hoot you. Oh and just for the record i do not condone what some fellow fans posted on the thread you refer to.
-
If the Faceennas walk there will be a whole load of panty wetters on here foaming at the mouth preaching there bile. They cant help themselves jamlad being the latest , but his need to gloat at this statement is more important than the potential closure of his own club.
-
Karma for what i really cant get my head round that comment. Our promotion have done a lot wrong i agree but they also have done an awful lot right. But the attitude you show that you would rather gloat and wind fellow speedway fans up says a lot more about you. If i suspect you support Workington i would never consider gloating on a club that may not come to tapes next year but as i say it says more about you that you feel the need to gloat.

Hilarious.

In any business if you are running at a loss the first plan of action is look at your controllable costs. Normally rhe wages you pay is any business highest outlay, this is were you can bridge the gap normally under consultation. To run your business losing enourmous amounts but continue to pay over the odds continually is reckless and bad business practice in any venture. Speedway is no different.

Not just Glasgow , Workington or whoever 2019 will be make or break for British Speedway in general.

What does the winner get .

Have to agree on averages it is an antiquated practice. However there would need to be some system in place in order to have competitive team speedway what that is who knows. Making the product weaker as muted will in my opinion drive more people away, it was tried before and didn't work then , I know its said every year about this being the most important AGM but this year could be a defining moment on the future of British Speedway they need to be radical and brave in there desicions. And the outside body running the sport and making unbiased desicions would be a start and would go some way to restoring some credibility.
