I believe that World Cup meetings should NOT be called off after 12 heats due to rain. The meeting should be resumed in 'intervals' of 4. So if they rode 6 heats and the meeting was abandoned then they should keep the points from heats 1-4 and start again with heat 5. Probably a stupid suggestion but I think it's the fairest way with regards to abandoning heats.
