If the Lions make the play offs again next year, they will need a much improved performance from Jigsaw if they are to challenge for the title...

Bewley has also been spouting conspiracy theories on TwitterX. I suspect the crap in those cans he keeps pushing will do him more harm than a glass of cows milk 🐄🥛... I wonder if he'll be sporting a tin foil crash helmet next year?
Liar liar pants on fire...

Don't want to have a long discussion over the rules on this post, but Cook will start at number 1, 100% certain.
Oh no he won't...

He had a full season in 2024 and was decidedly average.
He was decidedly unbeatable on some of the occasions I saw him...😉

So a rider who as a rubbish meeting and finishes 10th can win the meeting, likewise a rider who finishes 3rd after 20 heats can end up with the points for finishing 9th I'm guessing. Not sure il bother watching next year
It's complete nonsense, isn't it...

Like he did last time?
Averaged 8.71 (inc bonus) for the Panthers in 2023, and that included a disaster meeting. That's not too shabby...

Very surprised! Struggled in the Champ last season by his standards imo. Be interesting to see how he does as had 1 or 2 years away from the Prem now?
Scored 2+1, 2+1, 2, and 3 in his four visits as a Witch in 2023...

Subsequent events have proved I was right.
No they haven't, and others were well aware Danny was always in the plan...

Weeks ago I said that the Ipswich plan was for King to move on. And everyone said I didn't know what I was talking about. Maybe people are starting to see that I did indeed have the correct information at that time.
Something clearly happened with the Rew situation, and Ipswich just went back to King instead. Did he just ask for more money, and Ipswich said no? Did he not want a Thursday race night and prefer Mondays at Brum? Is he giving Britain a miss altogether? Any of these could be possible.
The only theory being put around that I find hard to believe is that Birmingham offered him more money to move away from Ipswich? Why would they do that? With Brennan going to Ipswich, it meant that either King, Ellis or Rew would have to go. If I were Birmingham, I would be looking to pick up whichever of those three was surplus, without the need to offer big money. In fact with little prospect of a place elsewhere, I'd be looking to get one of them on a cut-price deal.
You still don't know what you're talking about, because that was never the plan...

I certainly wouldn't pay 25 quid to watch speedway on that track, but I would at Belle Vue...

If you were there you'd have seen. Was 10mph fastest than anyone else in clear air.
I was there, and he scored 11 from 5 rides against a depleted 5 man Witches team that were without their top two. The Leicester top 5 all filled their boots that night, so I wouldn't get carried away from that tbh...

Are you guys and gals happy with Monday race nights ?

Can’t be that bad of an environment, Richard Lawson wanted to come back where he had a higher offer from Leicester. Ben Cook also had alternative offers on the table with higher offers. Ipswich wanted Kvech, but he chose Lynn. Need I say more…?

Imo, the best league signing since sayfutinow by Ipswich, the guy is a real racer, over enthusiastic? Yes, but the sport needs the Vinnie foords, as a little side note watching an interview with Peter adams a while back when asked about the sort of rider he would manage he is talking about riders like foord
I think that Poole have dropped a big clanger here, time will tell...

Kyle Howarth has not signed for any Premiership team yet. I know this for a fact.
I tried to tell you your 'fact' was anything but. Any comment ? 😉

One of the "pros" of the new system is that the last chance heats should be more exciting than the semi finals, because only the winners advance, so you will no longer get someone happy to sit on second place & protect their position.
I'd suggest 1-3 into the final & 4-7 into a semi final & only the winner advancing would be a better system.
I suggest they run 20 heats, with run offs for rostrum places. Make every point count and dump the never ending 'systems'...
