  1. Will Swindon be doing a collection for Stefan?
  2. £2.50 to park (which goes to the stadium NOT the speedway!)
  3. Is Douglas' visa paperwork permission through ok then?
  4. Swindon might be a bit put out by that as they'll need him big time against Ipswich!!!!
  5. Of course as them's the rules!! Unless we make 2 or 3 changes and redeclare with a 3 point reserve or similar?
  6. Well done the patched up Pirates. Like BV at Wimborne Road last week who came for a point and got one, Poole came for the win and got that too. Result!! Particular congrats to Josh G and Max Fricke. Both superb performances.
  7. Don't agree. Issue 12 dated 28/06/19 gives 42.78 with Wells on 4.24 Issue 13 effective 30/6 gives 43.09 including Aarnio at 4.55
  8. Aside from the use of Bickley tonight, and according to the latest BSPA Green Sheets, can someone please explain how Aarnio (Ass av 4,55) can replace Wells (Av. 4.52) when the team average is already over the 42.50 limit at 43.09??
  9. Latest reports from Poland say he hasn't broken any bones.
  10. So collections for Richie and Nico next week then???!! (PS that would be the second one for Nico!!)
  11. Wells could guest for either Poole reserve or could be signed as a replacement for any of the 3 missing riders.
  12. I wonder if Bates reads this forum? If he does I'm surprised he's not punching a wall in frustration!!!!
  13. Thursday's crash was in heat 8 which the ref declared as a 2-4 to BV bringing the meeting to 24-24.
  14. Why was he hard done by? He broke his leg!!!!
  15. Maybe thats why Wolves are holding off from announcing who Douglas will be replacing.
  16. I'm quite prepared to accept that where there may be a loophole in the rules - which would be open for any club to exploit - then Poole may well have been better or quicker than others in so doing?! But if there are loopholes in the first place then that is down to the authorities to correct them. If Poole had continually 'broken' any rules then they would have been taken to task by the Management Committee and formally punished by the SCB. So lets see the evidence rather than just an opinion.
  17. Break the rules and get punished by the authorities. No problem with that. Next.......!?
  18. Having had a long chat with the promoters on Thursday, I was thanked for my positive attitude, so I've had a (temporary) change of heart.
  19. Please let me know when/if he achieves that in successive meetings?! I like Eddie but I won't hold my breath.
