No disrespect to Sheppard Mullins or Cousins but neither Sheppard or Cousins have scored more than gifted points in NL and mullins never really gets going in all the teams he's been in. If wood is as good as he is on the grass he will be banging on points and it's fair to say kelsey Dugard is probably the most promising 3 pointer in the league. We all moan about the way speedway is run, Whats right or Wrong but if Eastbourne did not run we all moan, Ok Brendon has not been treated well but that’s the way speedway goes, I don’t agree with the way it was all done but I am more than happy to see a new face in speedway and an exciting rider, All we need now is sun to shine and let the season begin. Teams are shaping up nicely

ROB BRANDFORD, CAMERON HEEPS, JAY HERNE, LEE HERNE, DAKOTA NORTH, TAYLOR POOLE All the riders have come through the ranks using the so called loop hole in NL. MDL states that only British Passport Holders can ride. (No Loophole) 19.9.2.5 All Riders must hold a UK Passport or have UK Patriality. 19.8.1 Riders new to National League racing will be given an assessed MA of 3.00 19.8.1.1 Riders qualifying by UK Patriality will be given an assessed MA of 5.00 Yes I understand that is disappointing for Brendon but this is speedway other teams have done it in the past, Jim Lynch made a mistake and named a team a few years ago and had to change it at the last minute. I cant wait to see the young Lad race at Arlington and I cant wait for the season to start, I was worried that the team was a bit soft but now I can see that the management have come out with all guns blazing and want to win!

After attending the speedway since the mid 80's it is fair to say that Kev Coombes is one of the best announcers going. However it did say on facebook that they 'went different ways' we are all looking at it that Eastbourne have got rid of Kevin when actually for all we know maybe Kevin wasn't interested in NL speedway? - I guess we will never know. I also think the reason they are not spending the cash is because Martin & Connor have seen the financial losses occurred to father and grandfather (Bob Dugard) and they do not want to end up in the same boat! Bring on 2015!
