Perhaps if ipswich were to develope teams to compete in national basketball, netball and ice hockey leagues then there could be a development in place where one facility caters for all but again won't happen so got to make do with what is there

SCB Can't argue with that haha Maybe a rider can only drop a certain % off his starting average to stop teams building good sides mid season But has his true average start of the following season Example Holder starts on 12.00 but can only fall 25% below that so if he averages 6/7 or whatever it is at present for team building he's a 9 minimum If he averages 8.5 in real terms thats his true average for next season Stops any manipulation to a degree but in holders case I think its just machinery and confidence

This is why Speedway needs a grading system based on previous seasons scores, scores on the continent, gp status etc Grades A,B,C,D Give promotors 4 ways of team building A,B,B,C,C,D,D A,A,C,C,D,D,D A,B,B,B,C,D,D B,B,B,C,C,C,D instead of averages riders can only go up a grade, not fall down a grade, grades are decided at the end of the season for team building purposes and remain until the end of april which can be the first transfer window. Grades are restablished 1st july for a 10 day transfer window period and remain until grades are set the following season.
