  1. For an example, Grondal who finished with 4.39 and Lunna who finished on 4.90 will start next season on those averages rather than the assessed 5? Sorry me just being thick and needing clarification!!
  2. SIGNINGS | @SpeedwayScunny retain all 7! Auty, Douglas, Palm Toft, Wilkinson, Kerr, Wallner, Bailey. #sgbchampionship http://scunthorpescorpions.co/?p=6514 Ryan Douglas (7.18) Josh Auty (7.01) Michael Palm Toft (6.98) Carl Wilkinson (6.12) Lewis Kerr (5.98) Fritz Wallner (4.00) Josh Bailey (2.05)
  3. Fritz Wallner will be a 5.00 ave, if I'm reading the average's correctly.
  4. 1. Richie Worrall 8.49 2. Simon Lambert 5.25 3. Kenneth Hansen 6.74 4. Cameron Heeps 5.09 5. Ulrich Ostergaard 7.14 6. Josh Bates 5.02 7. Danny Phillips 2.00 or another 2PT National league rider 39.73 Or replace Josh Bates with Ashley Morris (4.98) or Emil Grondal (5.00)
  5. Etheridge is a 5.00 so this team wouldnt be below the 40 point restriction
  6. Will he start the season?? Is the more pressing question!
  7. So any non British rider with an average below 5 has an assessed average of 5?
  8. Was looking to see if there was a way of using all 40 points and I came up with this: 1. Jack Holder 7.16 2. Simon Lambert 5.25 3. Kenneth Hansen 6.74 4. Todd Kurtz 5.76 5. Ulrich Ostergaard 7.14 6. Simon Nielson 4.19 7. Tom Perry 3.76 Total 40.00
  9. I think the end of season awards, proved that the Craig Cook carrot was too tempting for the management. As for the uneven bolstering towards the end of the season, ultimately Ged threw all his eggs in one basket and it ended in failure, and he will admit that and has done in interviews. But we move on and hopefully learn.
  10. I get the feeling, there was more to it, bit like Robert Lambert the year before last.
  11. Yeah but Kenneth Hansen wants to ride for us. Hollywood/Boy Wonder didnt.
  12. Was always going to be the first signing for this season, a real crowd pleaser, a bargain average to have at home.
  13. And we are gonna have 10 riders before the start of April
  14. Top 5 of : 1. Brady Kurtz 7.65 2. Simon Lambert 5.25 3. Kenneth Hansen 6.74 4. Jonas B Anderson 6.30 5. Ulrich Ostergaard 7.14 Total 33.08 6.92 for 2 reserves 6. 4.92 7. 2.00
  15. Surely Schlein, must become a Championship rider next year on a 7.17 average? Panthers? Always been linked in the past couple of years
  16. SIGNING | Sheffield Tigers announce Lasse Bjerre as their first rider for 2017. No baby Bjerre at Panthers next year
  17. No GP rider restrictions in either league.
  18. Is the national league still running as there is no mention of it anywhere?
  19. 'No team changes will be permitted in either league after July 31.' Well thats us (Peterborough) and Rathbone screwed
  20. 'No team changes will be permitted in either league after July 31.' Well thats us and Rathbone screwed
  21. This article by Mr Woffinden suggests this rule is already coming into play. http://www.expressandstar.com/sport/other-sport/speedway/2016/10/13/tai-woffinden-success-even-sweeter-at-end-of-wolves-career/
  22. Going on my previous team before hand, (if Hansen.s Ave does go up to 6.75) Then my 2017 team would be 1. Brady Kurtz - 9.22 2.Simon Lambert -5.25 3.Kenneth Hansen -6.75 4.Lasse Bjerre -6.65 5.Ulrich Ostergaard -7.23 6.Tom Perry - 3.76 7. Danny Phillips/Halsey -3.00 Total : 41.86
  23. Kenneth Hansen not wanted by Worky. Could he be our first signing?
