hi, i made this account just to answer this. He died last year in a nursing home i work at in sydney. He had no known relatives and we kind of adopted him, he was a funny guy. He never spoke of his speedway career but when he died we found hundreds of news clippings and photos. I recently got my motorbike license and remembered him and looked him up and found this post. RIP, poor kai. But i think he had a great time, he had no regrets.
