I am filming tonight for Uncle Ken Burnett of Tape to Tape as he is not well at the moment. I film every week at the Island to show un-edited footage up the clubhouse post meeting anyway so it is covered in that respect. Ken will edit & be available from him as normal. (as long as I take the lens cap off ) If we finish at the normal time I will probably put it on post meeting as normal. Will any of the riders be around at that time or is it past their bedtime

Crump may well lose his title this year (though Rickardson does look to be the Man this year) all due to the first exclusion. After that he was always going to have to take risks & those otherswere fair decisions but caused by the first howler. I have warmed to the ginger one in the past couple of years. You see those duff decisions (though normaly of the cop out variety) in football all the time. Player who should have been sent off for putting a player from the other team out of a game, then goes on to score the winner. Crumpy will be having to take even more risks/half chances. The sun does shine on Tony, but he looks to be the best, pity there probably is no near challenger unless he is injured. He looks to be a sponsors dream.

Now if the Promoters had to pay the rider scoring double points for those double points (get yourself a good Lawyer) I doubt we would ever see the rule used. I can hear the cash box slamming shut as I write this. I will have to get my wife to fill in the program now!
