  1. Yes Deeks. Fiat agriculture bought Ford tractors before being bought by New Holland
  2. Maybes aye......maybes no. Important thing is we get on track in 2013. Uner the fiscal constraints I think the Bandits management have put together a more than decent team
  3. What an excellent post. What better way to interact with the local community and gain the club some more positive publicity. I'm pretty sure the local press and TV would take more than a passing interest.
  4. How about some kind of loyalty card scheme. Nothing as fancy as swipe cards, but maybe a book that you could get stamped when you enter the stadium, and once you get ten stamps collected in your book you get one free entry to a meeting. My local football team runs a very successful lottery scheme. You have a list of twenty teams and each team is numbered, the customer simply picks four teams and the draw is made every Monday night.I know for a fact that the income from this keeps the team alive. Might not generate enough to keep a speedway club alive, but none the less could provide more income. I live in a reasonably small town and the lottery can generate a few grand in prizes when not won for a few weeks. Just a thought.
  5. Philip....What I meant was that Bomber won't be around for ever. And I agree that Bomber was fantastic value for money.
  6. Ok so no Scotty in Poland on Thursday, but on the plus side it gives the younger riders a chance to gain vital expierence. Lets face it and with due respect to the guys Bomber and Scotty don't have a huge number of years of top flite racing left. Whats gonna happen when this does happen, and we have to pitch in guys with no expierence and take a proper humping......then the management will be slated for lack of foresight. I'm right behind our team no matter how often they are named England. MON THE BRITS
