I am relatively new to speedway i have been watching the odd meeting live for the last couple of years plus bits on tv . I was looking forward to watching more live racing this season . I have also been reading up a bit on speedway history and was sad to see so many teams have folded . Is team racing on decline and if so what can be done to address the current situation .
