No, Harris would be eligible for Ipswich. The rule is if you guested in the semi then that is the only team you could guest for in the final -

Can anyone explain how Harris is allowed to guest for Sheffield in this please? 011.4.2 section H, should rule him out for Sheffield after guesting for Ipswich's home leg of the semi-final against Birmingham?
