I presume you are referring to the oft quoted 'away goals count double'? They don't. The team that progresses in a cup tie in the case of a level score on aggregate is the one that has scored the most away goals. Slightly different.
The fact remains that today a team was crowned World Champions after scoring fewer points on the track than the runners-up. That can't be right.
It's no wonder speedway is not taken seriously.
I'm just trying to watch tonight's programme. It's dreadful!!!
Why is the picture in a small box in the middle of the screen? The graphics are completely illegible and it looks like the whole thing was filmed through the bottom of a beer glass. In these days of HD this is just not good enough. Youtube videos are better quality.
It is reminiscent of BBC coverage of the '70s and '80's. The camerawork and editing are laughable, we've just had a mid-race shot of the 1st and 2nd bend with not a single rider in shot. The commentator tells us about a good race for 2nd and 3rd place and we have long close ups of the leader completely on his own!
Don't know how much more of this crap I can take.
Rather than a Sky issue this could be more to do with equipment. I know some Digital TVs and PVRs perform a software check and update at 3AM each day. Has everyone who had this problem used a Sky HD box? it could be that these boxes do a similar check. Might be worth checking with Sky before laying all the blame at their door.
Sorry to be something of a pedant but:
Medium = singular
Media = plural
Medias = doesn't exist!
Sorry to be a poor foreigner, not able to write a proper English.
Sorry mate, didn't know that you were a foreigner! Your English is certainly far better than my Danish!
