  1. All, not 1 is breaking even and that's a known fact.
  2. Absolutely nothing to do with the track not suiting Harris. Had terrible bike problems all night and burnt out 2 clutches.
  3. What's your view on a rider riding in foreign leagues but missing UK matche(s) in between?
  4. Ok let's go with your theory that he rode no foreign league fixtures in between missing any UK league fixtures in the last 2 seasons and that I was wrong (we might come back to this). What about missing UK league fixtures either side of riding in non foreign league fixtures, I'll ask again are you ok with that though?
  5. To avoid a long discussion around what you believe is allowed across league matches between UK and foreign leagues... How about competing in individual events in between UK league fixtures and missing them both? Do they count or is that ok?
  6. You're an Ipswich fan you aren't going to agree. Everyone on here defends their own teams riders or favourite riders instead of looking at the bigger picture. The truth with Laguta, Tarasenko, Cook and Musielak etc is they joined KL and then realised they didn't have the bollox to ride that track every week so wanted out at the first opportunity. It's definitely not for everyone with the shape and the grip from the clay surface etc....
  7. Yes it does. Kurtz injured, rides for Rybnik last year and Wroclaw this year but not BV. Pickering injured the other week, didn't ride for Sheffield. Rode for Leszno. J Holder took a day off sick from Sheffield but never has for Lublin. Tungate has missed UK meetings and ridden in Poland. Missed flights etc. Doyle rode for Częstochowa before returning for Ipswich. No one else been 'injured' other than Blodorn who has missed meetings for all teams and SEC.
  8. Incorrect. Lyon has been trying to get a suitable guest for the last 4/5 days. Ask him.
  9. It's nothing to do with other clubs not wanting it. The sport can't put it away from the 'National' stadium that cost 6m to build. If that happened someone from the council might finally ask for the first payment towards it.
  10. The Oxford stadium restaurant has a capacity of 250. There were not 950 people outside on Monday night whichever you try and dress it up.
  11. There was around 200-300 people max in that stand on the home straight in a small area. Bearing in mind that their break even will be around 1200, where are the other thousand?
  12. There was no one there. About 30 people standing on those bends.
  13. Wow. As a professional sport it's no longer viable if all of those roles are voluntary now.
  14. Is it a Premiership club as I already stated above we aren't talking about Lydd, Iwade of Linlithgow here? This is a club with riders on 3k guarantees but can't clean a room and everyone making excuses that is ok and it's because they are closing down and there aren't enough volunteers.
  15. Not all of those roles are volunteers. If they are at Brum the gtees to riders should have been lower and money made available to pay some of those positions. A track curator being a volunteer at a Premiership club is a very strange concept....
  16. Not at all. Drop Zagars gtee by 50 quid a meeting and that would pay for a cleaner to clean a few areas. Not rocket science.
  17. Volunteers don't prepare infrastructure for F1 events. You are comparing completely different roles. Marshalls in speedway and F1 yes they are comparable.
  18. Why are they volunteers and not paid? It's a top division professional sport. It's not training at Iwade or Lydd. Were there no volunteers this week to prepare the stadium for an event then? If no volunteers turn up do you have to call meetings off? Not sure these excuses make it acceptable but everyone entitled to their own opinion.
  19. Iwade have never been in the top league. Which Danish top league tracks are 'dog awful'? Instead of people wanting the actual issues addressed that drag the sport further down they have a pop at the person speaking out. Same people moan that riders never speak out etc.
