And how many times did i read in the Ipswich threads that the supporters wanted to get rid of King & Riss, a weekly occurrence for quite a few weeks, but Sheffield were wrong to actually do it

We are working within the rules, Ipswich seem to have a problem with this because it gives us a chance

So you think paying Tai and Holder a retainer for a season, hoping they wont be needed will be cheaper, don't forget when Tai and Holder are put into the team, we would need to sign other riders to make up the squad, we have 4 riders out injured, we would have needed an 11 man squad to cover them, then need another four riders to make up the squad back to 11 you think that would be cheaper than what we have done, if it was all teams would do it, none have

But that's the problem, there is no other sport like speedway when it comes to guests, i have asked a couple of times on here this week what the solution to guests is, the only answer i have had is have a squad, we all know that is not possible in British speedway So what is the solution?

Football has a 20 plus man squads, would need a lot of injuries before guests were required

Because he wasn't riding against Ipswich's heat leaders, easier as a guest to ride for the home team than the away team, he will score more at Sheffield than at Ipswich

So i will ask again, what's the solution for Sheffield, and what should the solution for Ipswich in the semi final have been

i have asked this question in numerous topics, no one has replied with a solution except Sheffield shouldn't be allowed to be in the playoffs because of their injuries no comments from Ipswich supporters about them using two guests in one match against Belle Vue and one guest in the other Perhaps Belle Vue and Wolves should have been seeded to the final as they didn't need to use guests

we should have used Harris at Wolves and last night, he would have equalled Lawsons scores, but then everyone would be up in arms because Harris helped Sheffield and Ipswich qualify for the final, also the eight day rule stops us using Lawson and Mountain next Thursday and would have stopped us using Harris if we had used him last night, suspend that and people would be complaining With three riders injured Sheffield cant win in any situation

Sheffield finished top of the league last season, i didn't complain that we weren't league champions because i knew before the season started that who ever won the playoffs won the league why we have to go through this at the end of every season i don't understand, if you don't like the rules don't enter the competition, if you do enter it, don't complain about the rules at the end
