To everyone who responded - thanks so very much . You are all very kind to take the time. We can now go ahead and plan our final itinerary for these countries, and ensure that we dont miss any Speedway along the way. We are so looking forward to seeing how things are done overseas. We have good speedway tracks in Australia and some good riders, but there is always just as good elsewhere. Go Leigh Adams. Cheers

We hear that there is a lot of dirt track speedway in Europe, like ever other day, but it is hard to find the Club/Teams level events in Eastern Europe. We will be in Poland Slovakia and Czech Republic from mid May to Mid June and wish to see what we can of dirt track riders at any level. We dont have the language skills to understand the websites found, so can anyone fill us in on what events are on in or around Wroclaw. Leszno, Krakow from 14-31 May and anywhere in Czech Rep. or Slovakia from 1 - 15 June. We have a car so travel is not an issue. We have a Czech Jnr. Champ, Markets Stadium, Praha, 31 May and an event at Svitavy in southern Czech on 27 May but not sure what it is about!
