He's not allowed to ride because he missed Leicester because of illness. The other week he rode for the Witches, then missed a Danish match due to illness, then rode for Poole on the Wednesday. Danish teams have squads so replaced him, and because he didn't miss a Prem or Champ meeting he could keep riding here.
The big worry has to be: is he actually unwell or, even more worryingly, is he picking and choosing for some reason?
Lawson is riding in Denmark this evening. Scored 4 from four outings so probably won't be asking him back.

Really? You know the tracks going to be a slick dust bowl with and you book Chris Harris, he rode their recently with Glasgow and struggled because he couldn’t get out of the gate.
Who would you have booked. There aren't many options.
-
I wonder if they asked Lewis Kerr first.

Dry slick tracks suit some more than others and no surprise that Musielak did well given his Polish experience, certainly made the meeting a little more entertaining. Not sure what's going on with Lawson but I don't think the Ipswich management will be too impressed but if he was genuinely ill then that can't be helped. Will King be back on Thursday and if so, then R/R could be used for him if he's still ill??
Danny won't be back as his 7 day suspension remains current until the weekend.. This is a real problem for the return match against Leicester on Thursday as all six premiership clubs are in action. Also, if Lawson fails to produce a medical certificate he could be facing a 28 day suspension for withholding his services.

Seemingly no interest in this meeting.
Both sides have riders missing. Leicester have booked Josh Pickering to cover for Ryan Douglas ( injured in Poland yesterday) and utilise RR for Kyle Howarth.
Likewise Ipswich operate RR for Danny King.
-
Danny has pulled out of tonight's match for Plymouth following the injury he picked up after his fall last night.
He will now miss both meetings against Leicester next week. Get well soon mate, we need you!
-
Belle Vue are opting for RR this evening.

Doyle to the Aces,, shame we didn't have a little re shuffle to fit him in, although I thought there was a 3 league rule,, and sure he already does Poland Sweden Denmark
I think he may have withdrawn from Sweden as he hasn't ridden for Vastervik for the past two weeks.

At this point I’m almost done with British speedway. The whole season is actually embarrassing to say the least. When you are even willing to pay to watch a meeting and you still can’t just sums up the complete ineptitude of anyone who is running this sport. I tried to defend it the other day but this is just a S show at the moment. Thought I’d try and watch the youngster to see how they are getting on and you can’t even do that! Roll on Friday when the Ekstraliga is on.
back running now

Apparently not - will have to pay via Lions TV to watch. BSN have just posted on Facebook saying meeting scheduled will now be replaced by Leicester v Belle Vue on 23/07.
Just looked at the BSN website where it is still showing as going ahead via their platform. Guess we'll find out for sure in 25minutes or so.

Are Plymouth not streaming their matches this year? When I select 'live streaming' on their home page it comes up 'Page not Found.'

The Poole promotion were quoted as saying, when they signed him, that they knew he would miss some meetings at weekends but would do their best to work around it to minimise it..
Given he already had a Polish contract, Poole are secondary in priority...
The Aces ride Monday and Thursday so shouldn't clash...
Poole didn't have to sign him, knowing he would 100% miss meetings...
No one held a gun to their head..

Lodz are at Ostrow on August 13th, the same day as Belle Vue are due at Northampton, so I don't know what happens then.

Is anyone else experiencing a problem getting onto the forum?
My bookmarked website link on longer works (unable to connect). If I try via google search, I get a different message to the effect that the website is unsafe but can gain access via box marked 'advanced' but then have to repeat the process each time I move to a different topic.

He was a crazy signing for Plymouth last year with all his weekend Polish commitments. Here’s hoping that, for as long as Redcar need him, he’ll be available.
Riding for Krakow (third tier) and all fixtures for that league are scheduled on Sundays so shouldn't be an issue.
Danish fixture clashes are more likely when Redcar are in action on Wednesdays during visits to Poole and Oxford.

There are other Saturdays which could have been chosen and far less disruptive. The 18th July and 5th September, for example, where the only other fixtures anywhere are rounds of the European Championships and 4th July, Berwick v Oxford.

Jason wasn't struggling last night at Oxford. Top scored as a guest for Plymouth, 14 from 5 beating Masters twice.
