Changing tracks always hurt the home team more. Before everyone jumps on the who’s to blame bandwagon. The three heat leaders only managed 6 wins between them. When their wins drop to 2nd places, the second string and reserves 2nd and 3rd places drop back also, hence 1s and zeros. Won’t be a season full of home wins as on any given day all bar Northampton (current team) can win away from home An unpredictable season ahead. -

Think we’ll see shortly that @PhilTheAce will be proved right on this one, no matter what’s been reported in the Speedway Star -
Forecast is fine. Comparing the presentation of second tier British speedway to pro darts is silly. The equivalent is pub darts. The presentation is done by amateurs, and for all its faults it’s no worse than plenty of football presentation. On the list of reasons British speedway is failing, it’s not making the podium. I will say I did enjoy Greg Blair at Berwick, but otherwise I’ll shove my face full of sugar donuts from the first bend and chat to people near me. Tigers win. Looking forward to the club anthem blaring out as people leave when the match ends.

It doesn’t really matter who’s fault it is, it just needs sorting and sorting now, it’s a problem that should never raised it head in the first place but we are here and it needs a quick satisfactory solution -

Read with interest the comments from the new Ipswich promoter, he had a few strong comments to make in diplomatic language but it was clear what he as saying - BSPA a shambles!
