It seemed nailed on they'd both be at Worky next year. Can't see them not being in the same side

No, we don't want as many tracks as possible next season, if it means delay in planning fixtures, meaning fans can't plan accordingly,, riders don't wait and sign elsewhere (even more important given the new restrictions), and the inevitable "cobbled together" septet is destined, before a wheel is turned, to finish miles adrift at the bottom of the league.. Far better to run with what they have, consolidate, and, should a team, or teams, want to come back then they can spend a season doing open meetings to gauge viability... A professional business has control, vision and a several year growth plan using best case/worst case parameter scenarios, and builds their future operating model and business plans accordingly on the forecasted positions... What a professional business doesn't do is reach the end of their financial year, and, only then start to build next year's plan, or, unless it is "Donald Ducked" fundamentally change it... It certainly wouldn't stretch any meagre resource pool it currently has further by bringing more complexity into its operations.. Run next year as planned, and build in future growth accordingly as and when it enhances the product..

What exactly is the angle in court? Polish contract: you must limit your employment to ours and a maximum of 2 others = not a violation of human rights. ACU licence: you must ride in British speedway to be granted start permission abroad with an ACU licence = violation of human rights...? There's no obligation to take out an ACU licence - I'm sure there's a lot of other federations who would happily allow him to take out a licence. However, as with Polish contracts, you have to deal with the consequences. -
And if so, just say that.... Would even give their fund a bit more publicity and urgency to sort, so could bring in some money quickly... No idea why there isn't ever any transparency and engagement with the fans... ie. The very thing that helps keep their hobby surviving in the UK...

Rider doesn’t turn up for a meeting, withholds his services without informing the promotion what’s going on, and it’s the promotions fault? If I was in that position I wouldn’t be paying them a penny either!

You do have a point, however, I don't necessarily think it's always about being paid more money, but about being paid what they are owed?
