  1. I have not said Stoke are well run or not and come to that have also not said Stoke are the best team in the league either Heathen 1984 just wanted to put your comment right mate nothing more and thanks for the good wishes and all the best to the Heathens in 2012. I'd also say you've not had a bad season after all you have got your first piece of silverware this season which was the FOURS so your boys do deserve credit for that, unfortunately injuries have caught up with you and cost you big time.
  2. We were all waiting for the PARAMEDIC not the ambulance or the St Johns.
  3. I did not bring the Dudley meeting up at all, above is your quote on Saturday night which is incorrect the ambulance was at the track at 6pm and your post was FACTUALLY INCORRECT wasn't it? The ambulance comes from the Newcastle Under Lyme division 5 mins from the circuit and was there on Saturday at 6pm. On Saturday there was a major accident which closed the M6 and the paramedic who has to come from the Midlands (Birmingham) arrived late because of this and it was totally out of Stoke Speedway's hands. Now I think with your first comment which is above and was posted by you on this thread means you on this occsssion owe Stoke an apology don't you? As for the Dudley meeting guess what you are wrong again why??? Because the ambulance and St Johns were there. As I said earlier please check your facts.
  4. So how come you were so wrong? The ambulance and all the ambulance staff had arrived by 6pm for a 7.30pm start as normal. At this time there was no referee until later as he had to take a longer route to Stoke as he was Midland's based and could read a map, several riders did not arrive until 7.30pm and it was the paramedic who was coming from the Midlands that also got delayed due to the M6 being closed and this cannot be a reason to call Stoke a shambles as it was beyond their control. Perhaps you should find the facts out first before slating a club with incorrect information.
  5. This is a sport and sportsmen do play to the gallery for god's sake get over it. There are 27,000 supporters at the Britannia Stadium every week watching Stoke City (Have to use Stoke as Mildenhalll don't have a football league side) opposing players come and go after supporters have wound them up the player gives it back but it does not start kicking off with fighting and supporters kicking off at the player it's banter. We need characters in the sport who have a love hate relationship with the crowd kill that your about to kill the sport off. What it does not need is a minority of drunken louts pushing fences over to get at riders. As for Simon Lambert on his tactical ride yes he did take a rider wide something that Mildenhall riders do frequently off turn four but I presume Mildenhall supporters don't see that unless an opposing rider does it,it's hard riding simple as. Heat 13 should have been stopped as the lily white can do no wrong Cameron Heeps was moving at the start. Once they hit the first turn both Simon and Jack were riding hard there was contact, but there was no malice just good old fashioned hard riding. Simon was then down for a good ten minutes and received some abuse when walking back to the pits and played to the crowd which is fine supporters give it then they should be able to take it back, it in NO WAY EXCUSES people then attempting to get in to the pits in order to get at a rider or riders, if Mildenhall supporters cannot take a bit back having give it I would suggest they keep their mouths shut and not make comments and if they cannot take there drink I suggest they visit the AA.
  6. Disgraceful comment when someone has lost their life on the M6 which obviously closed the motorway, I think you should get your facts right before you make comments like you have.
  7. Yep Tony is still riding and is like an 18yo in the pits full of enthusiasm and scoring some very good points.
  8. Hey Up Chubby,

    hope your okay mate.

I think you will find there will probably be a presentation night but at Stoke they normally take place after the season more than likely first or second Sat in November mate, I have not been told there isn't one.

  10. I can confirm the Potters will use R/R for Simon
  11. Cameron is unable to race at PL level until he is 16yo, unless you are talking about the Sheff/Scun team
  12. Have to agree with you Cameron rode superbly to keep Tony at bay and most Stoke supporters were applauding the youngster. As for Simon he was absolutely awesome for us.
