Doubtful the crowd numbers have much influence on the overall budget. I have read on this forum that entry to a league match is less than £8. An extra 1000 people is nice but with the money riders are earning it's a drop in the Atlantic. TV money and sponsorship will rule the budget.

Torun, Wroclaw and Warsaw have given the best racing. Prague regularly gets rolled out by fans as one of the better cities to visit.

You make a perfect point. The tracks are too good which is safer for the riders but the racing is not exciting. Any rider who went wide at Cardiff lost ground. From the TV the outside lines were in deep dirt and they lacked drive.
