  1. Confirmed dates and tracks 16th May Warsaw 30th May Teterow 13th June Prague 18th July Cardiff
  2. How can it be a challenge of trying to win as all you do is pick a name out the hat. I cant wait fot the video of you taking the lucky dip, make sure all 16 bits of paper dont have the same name.written on them. Sacre Blue.
  3. the Pavlic thing is ridiculous on several levels. God help the GP series if he ever qualifies.
  4. By removing the top 15 riders from the challenge you are reducing the quality of the final 15 for the following year's GP. What is the point of that ? Do you want Pavlic, Smolinski, Bjerre, Cook or Bomber in the GP's because there is no Iversen, Zagar, Vaculik to race against. Non could win a GP in the current top 15 but Zagar and Iversen can.
  5. Maybe do your lucky dip before the last 2 GP's now and let us know who you got. If you pick a random rider how many points R&R gives is not relevant.
  6. lucky dip. The dip never seems to pick out one of the top riders scoring more than 13 or 14. Pull my other leg.
  7. Top 3 in the GP Challenge qualify and Zagar, Iversen proved they are the best of the rest and comfortably top 15 in the world.
  8. they would do that anyway. sponsors to please and prize money to earn for each GP and final position. plus personal pride. Zagar and Neils on Saturday
  9. He is tough enough and showed it on Saturday. He's riding with a neck injury too. My thought was he got annoyed as Lindgren closed a legit gap. Hard riding but also very ruthless. Some would say dirty. Depends where you stand on dirty, ruthless or just GP racing.
  10. BZ dishes out a lot but he does stay on the bike when it goes against him. 10 years ago Pedersen was completely ruthless but he has cleaned up his act and is now no worse than anyone else. Did anyone get too upset with Lindgren last night bar Lambert. No and Lambert beat him and we enjoyed the race. Hard riding is great to watch.
  11. he will be ruthless at Torun if he has a chance of winning the title. some of the moves he pulls are worse than any rider I have ever seen. it is hard to believe he has not had a huge crask with other riders.
  12. Mid October when most riders have packed up and gone home ?
  13. Andersen is nowhere near fit but can't work out what is happening with Scott Nicholls. He was flying for Wolves but run out of methanol for Panthers..
  14. I agree. Lambert's race was just an example of a young rider who would give more to the series with exciting racing. There are a few riders I'd put in front of Hancock for a wild card. Yes Cardiff would be good for him. But a kick in the teeth for the British Champion and there is an argument not to disrupt our GB system. There would be plenty of opportunity for Hancock with injury to fill in a few gaps.
  15. Yesterday I said Hancock deserved a card for only sentimental reasons. Services to speedway and a farewell tour. But having thought more I'd ask what more would he bring to the series that a young rider like Lambert or Mickelson would do. The answer is he would bring less. There is no chance of Hancock riding a race like Lambert did to beat Lindgren at Teterow. That was exciting to watch. So my view is Sorry Greg you are out but maybe hand him a GP wild card in a couple of GP's so he gets a chance to say Goodbye. Warsaw in front of 50000 a lovely way to finish or Torun.
  16. any rider in this years GP top 15 can win a GP. the ability level is very level
  17. As we have said before the top 14 riders can all win a GP.
  18. So was I but like the commentary team was watching from a different angel to the ref. You must be easgle eyed
