Having a semi-final and final at the end will turn these meetings into a lottery. Tonight Seb scored a 15-point maximum but then still had to avoid last in his semi-final to qualify. Well done to Seb - it sounded like he was handed a bum deal with the gates (gate 4 in both his semi-final and final - surely the top qualifier should have choice of gates?) but still came through. Congratulations to Seb & Puk, and also the British boys. Shock that neither Dryml qualified, though. All the best Rob

Maybe Ivan meant he never RACED with Peter Craven as in battling out for position on the track???? There's bound to be the odd race won by Craven with talented young upstart Mauger towards the back. However, being in the same heat and actually racing him are two different things. All the best Rob

If John Postlewhaite really wants to upest Olsen, he should appoint Hans Nielsen as race director! Olsen always had it in for Nielsen - he didn't like the fact that there was another Dane better than he was!! It led to friction between Nielsen & Erik Gundersen, during their racing careers, although fortunately the two now get on well. But there's still little love between Olsen & Nielsen. All the best Rob
