  1. Interesting read this I thought as not many riders talk about how they are feeling when things aren't going to plan. https://www.bournemouthecho.co.uk/sport/17669630.pirates-star-richie-worrall-opens-up-about-his-recent-sgb-premiership-form/?ref=twtrec Now Gavan, Richie said he needed to talk to someone, can't believe you let him down! (Although you prob would have made it a lot worse!) Regards to this meeting, we should win but is Josh Bates definitely not riding?
  2. But apparently Rosco told Tobi to stay to home. If that's the case Swindon would have had a guest for him..
  3. I'm sorry but no. 1.They do not do it to entertain anyone. They do it because they enjoy it. 2. If they didn't get paid they would soon stop. The argument about doing it for fans entertainment is a big load of BS.
  4. I'm afraid Doyle can't call the meeting off, that's why they needed to talk to the ref. Doyle doesn't care about the paying public. If he thought it was really dangerous no way would he ride. More like no one was prepared to follow him in it. Prob get fined/suspended for not riding, Batch already been down that road before.
  5. Interesting that NO riders called the ref down to look at the track, if it was so bad, why not?
  6. Stevebrum and Gavan weren't and they seem to be forcing their opinion on everyone. Fair enough if it was on the telly.
  7. Gotta laugh at the people demanding their opinions on the track and meeting weren't even there!! Wind it in boys, yeah??!
  8. Why? We had 3 retirements in first 3 races? Why was that again? Ah yes the track..
  9. It has got a lot better the last few months of last season, so all this it's been bad for ages is a load of rubbish. It always seems to be bad at start of the season, not sure what they do to it in the winter! May be they need to talk to stadium manager to keep on top of it.
  10. No it doesn't. If he injured it earlier he would have told Swindon earlier. But still okay to ride in Poland? No crash yesterday so if he can ride in Poland, he can ride here..but prob already out of the team before this morning anyway.
  11. You know when speedway was at its most popular, they didn't have team suits. No one seemed worried! And I'd rather not have them if they are going to look as bad as Swindon's!
  12. Not really!! Track just needs to be prepared properly. We could do with a rich sponsor who could just invest into the track seeing as Matt won't. Not that I blame him, prob needs money for his other future business ventures.
  13. Medical certificate for what exactly? A cold or something? How did he get injured yesterday then? Not through speedway anyway.
  14. He was at the meeting, you weren't. So his opinion carries more weight. Although I'd listen to what riders have to say. Only heard what Batch has to say so far.
  15. No I'm not. I work BH's. Well until lunch time and I don't exactly live in Poole.. I've seen the tweets from the Swindon guy who does the heat updates and I'd be surprised if the track was smooth. They said its bends 3 and 4 that are the problem.
  16. He is laughing at SS saying it is nothing to do with the Poole track. No one would laugh at an injured rider.
  17. If all the riders complained to the ref and is deemed dangerous, then I'm sure it will be..
