I think what they mean is that they are all averagely (is that a word!) good, rather than having really good and lesser riders. So they only need to get 7 each. So it is a definite banana skin meeting for Poole imo.

I thought that was about doubling up, that after two successive years they had to do full time to EL or PL. But that was a few years ago so may have changed.

Hmm, I seem to remember Masters passing two Poole riders in one of his heats. Plus Wright and PK kept passing each other in one heat too and in another Rory and Newman did. Plus Howarth and maybe Ellis. That is just from the top of my head! You obviously weren't there then One of the better meetings at Poole, racing wise.

Depends on each rider. Some don't mind moving about from club to club and some want to stay at one club.

I don't mean this in a horrible way but BV's future is a bit more secure than Coventry's. I can see Fricke being like Crump was to BV.

I think Matt would choose those three Aussies anyway. But yeah would be good to see Darcy have some team selection input at Poole

I'd be surprised if Fricke wanted to leave BV esp with the setup they have there.

Why would Fricke leave BV though? Better prepared track and better team manager. Only get him if BV couldn't fit him imo.
