  1. It not that Poland are lifting their restrictions- it`s if Bewley wanted to do Poland, Sweden and GB then GB would have to quit the International calendar agreement(ISLC) and lose priority and join France, Germany Italy, Czech leagues in playing 2nd fiddle.- not too different from what you have said but slightly. ISLC in 2021 https://www.fim-moto.com/fileadmin/user_upload/Documents/2021/2021_International_Speedway_League_Calendar_14.04.2021.pdf

  11. Could get messy - Polish media article(translated) Speedway: Sanctions imposed on citizens of Russia and Belarus in retaliation for starting the war in Ukraine have not bypassed the world of sport. By the decision of the International Motorcycle Federation, the riders of these countries were removed from participation in international competitions, and the Polish Motor Association extended this ban to Polish leagues. Slag. Multi-million damages for Artiom Łaguta and Emil Sajfutdinow? Artiom Łaguta and Emil Sajfutdinov All Russians were subject to sanctions, including the individual world champion - Artiom Łaguta and the third speedway rider of the globe - Emil Sajfutdinow. And it is precisely preventing these two competitors from starting in Poland that causes the greatest controversy. Both have had Polish citizenship for several years. - In the case of the Russians, the matter is simple. PZM had the right to impose sanctions on them and they would have to suffer their sins for them. On the occasion, Polish citizens were thrown into one bag, which is absolutely unacceptable - said Jerzy Synowiec, lawyer, city councilor from Gorzów Wielkopolski, and in the past president of the local Stal. A few days ago, Mr. Synowiec even sent an open letter to the President of the Republic of Poland and the authorities of the Polish Motor Association, in which he wrote “Pursuant to Polish law, Polish citizens are persons who have Polish citizenship. Being a Polish citizen and, at the same time, a citizen of another country, one cannot rely on that other citizenship and the rights and obligations arising therefrom with legal effect before Polish state authorities. A Polish citizen who is also a citizen of another state has the same rights and obligations towards the Polish state as a person who has only Polish citizenship. Violation of such rights is contrary to the constitution and the Polish legal order. " - The Polish Motor Association should immediately reflect and allow Artiom Łaguta and Emil Sajfutdun to start with Polish licenses. These are Polish citizens, and the fact that they have a second citizenship should not discriminate them in any way - commented the Synowiec letter. - After all, there are several hundred thousand people in Poland with double passports, including some parliamentarians, and I have not heard of anyone wanting to limit their rights for this reason. I have Belarusian roots myself and what? Should I just close my office for this? - added. - Laguta and Saifutdinov were suspended by the Russian federation for criticizing the war and President Vladimir Putin. As a result of PZM's decision, they cannot drive in Poland either. Thus, they became basically homeless people. They will be able to seek compensation before Polish courts. I do not know how long they will be deprived of the right to practice, but even if it is only a season, it will be millions of dollars for each of them. Even if not the Polish courts, any European institution will agree with them in this case. I have no doubts about it. Unless someone ignores the undeniable fact that they are Polish citizens - assessed Synowiec. According to the Polish Motor Association, Łaguta and Sajfutdinow entered the competition with Russian licenses in November and the regulations do not allow them to be changed. Moreover, until the imposition of sanctions on Russian speedway riders, they were not interested in competing with Polish licenses. Now, having such documents would be a salvation for them and allowed them to return to competitions both in PGE Ekstraliga and Grand Prix. Nobody in PZM, however, can imagine that after their possible triumph in the world championship competition, they would be played "Mazurka Dąbrowski"

  20. R and R Bookmakers the worlds top Speedway Bookmaker !!! are placed to announce the 2022 Beat the Bookie competition. This is the 10th year of the competition(where has the time gone !!) and again there is a prize for the winner. Nicely spread out this season from April to October(November if Australia takes place) I will post the spread for round 1 in Gorican on April 30th when the wildcard is confirmed and i have studied some Polish league form !!! For the 3rd year the spread is now under the new scoring rules 1st 20 2nd 18 3rd 16 4th 14 5th 12 6th 11 7th 10 8th 9 9th 8 10th 7 11th 6 12th 5 13th 4 14th 3 15th 2 16th 1 Positions 1st to 4th in the Final Meeting Classification will be according to the result of the Final (Heat 23). Positions 5th to 8th in the Final Meeting Classification will be according to the results from the Semi Finals (Heat 21 & 22). The 2 Riders who finish 3rd in each of the Semi Finals will be 5th and 6th in the Final Meeting Classification, with the higher ranked rider from Intermediate Classification 5th and the lower ranked rider 6th . This rule will apply if both riders complete, or fail to complete the Semi Final. If only one of these riders fail to complete the Semi Final for any reason, he will be placed 6th in the final meeting classification. The 2 Riders who finish 4th in each of the Semi Finals will be 7th and 8th in the Final Meeting Classification, with the higher ranked rider from FIM Speedway Grand Prix World Championship Intermediate Classification 7th and the lower ranked rider 8th . This rule will apply if both riders complete, or fail to complete the Semi Final. If only one of these riders fail to complete the Semi Final for any reason, he will be placed 8th in the final meeting classification. Positions 9th to 18th will be according to the Intermediate Classification after 20 heats. The start amount is £500 with the maximum bet per GP still set at £200.- minimum bet per GP is £50 minimum bet per rider £25. The minimum bet doesn`t apply if total remaining is less than £50- all must be bet. As the World`s leading Speedway Bookmaker one would naturally expect super incentives in line with my standing. 1 On 1 occasion during the season punters will be able to use the " spread stretcher"(SS) to move the spread to their advantage by 1 whole point.- THIS IS FOR 1 RIDER ONLY 2 On 1 occasion during the season punters will be able to use the " double your money " card( DYM) ( i`m old enough to remember Hughie Green and Monica Rose) when a total bet for that GP can be up to a maximum of £400 I know it`s foolhardy but both bonuses can be used at the same time !!! Rules Each contestant MUST place bets in ALL the rounds -in the event of having no money left they are out of the competition All bets can be edited up to the advertised starting time of the meeting. If a rider is injured before a round starts then the bet is voided on that rider, or bets can be amended up to the meeting start time. If a rider starts a meeting but is injured and cannot continue THE BET STANDS but any points scored by the reserves count towards the injured riders score. If any rider is excluded for a starting offence the reserve points scored do not get added. To ensure fair play bets for the final round may be required to be PM`d to me instead of normal posting. If a meeting is called off at heat 16 then the spread will be adjusted to 4/5th`s of the original. If a meeting is called off at or after 20 heats the spreads stand. HOW TO PLAY One must bet on a rider to score MORE OR LESS than the spread-the HIGHER figure is taken for MORE bets and the LOWER for LESS bets-the mid between the two is what I expect them to score-and they add up to 146 which is the total points available in a GP Example Zmarzlik might have a spread of 15-17 for the 1st GP Player A might bet £100 HIGHER than 17) and he wins so would win (20-17)=3 X £100 = £300. If he finishes 4th he would lose (17-14)=3 X £100 = £300 Player B might bet £100 Lower than 15 and if he finished 8th(15-9 ) = 6X £100 would win £600. If he won the meeting he would lose(20-15) =5 X£100 = £500 If using his "spread stretcher " Player A would move his spread for MORE to 14-16. Player B would move his LESS to 16-18. A final message regarding the 2022 competition to you punters. M more value in 2022 U unique format from the no 1 Bookie G great bonuses S simply the best competition in world speedway
